Books are currently OPEN!

I am currently booking
September and October!

Here are the nitty gritty details:

When I book for the month, I book all the clients I will be taking in that month. I spread out projects week-by-week, meaning that I work on one project at a time, usually dedicating a full week to that project. This means that when you are booked for September, you could receive your finished project any time in September - end of the first week, end of the third, end of the month, depending on what week I work on your project! All that to say, you will always receive your completed work by the end of the month at the latest!

1:1 meetings do NOT need to be scheduled in the same month - in fact, I like to provide about a week for you to review the work before we jump into a meeting. There is no pressure on the timeline for 1:1 meetings!

Completing an intake form does not guarantee that you will be booked for the month! I take a very few number of clients per month, and may put you at the tippy-top of the waitlist instead of booking you for the month.

If I am interested in booking you, I will reach out to schedule a Discovery Call! During that call, we will discuss the process, your project, and any payment or bartering plans. After that, deposit and contract are next! I require a 10% deposit to book, and every project receives a contract outlining expectations and dates!

Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns or clarifications at any time!

The Blueprint ($600)

You want to write a story, but you have no idea where to begin. You have an idea - or even an idea of an idea - that keeps you up at night. You have to write it, you just don’t want to waste your time writing in the wrong direction.

With the Blueprint, we nip that in the bud by discovering your story’s foundations. We find its core building blocks, so you can write forward with confidence, whether it’s your first book or your twentieth.

What does that look like in practice?

This service includes:

  • Guidance to tackle the Blueprint workbook with gusto!

  • My feedback on your completed Blueprint workbook with action steps on how to make your package the best it can be before writing

  • One 60-minute content session to polish your Blueprint

  • Your completed and polished Blueprint workbook to guide your writing!

Full Developmental Edit ($3,000)

You did it!! Now, it’s time for the next steps. Yes, it’s good, and its ready for guided and meaningful evolution and revision. That’s where we start!

In your developmental edit, I take a bird’s eye view of your story to ensure all the parts are coming together, that everything flows without holes, and that your narrative drive is intact. This edit includes my direct feedback about plotting, pacing, characters, the whole gamut! I come back to you with an Editorial Letter addressing the manuscript as a whole, as well as a deep dive into the first twenty pages of your story to ensure that everything comes to a satisfying full-circle.

What does that look like in practice?

This service includes:

  • My in-line feedback on your finished manuscript

  • An Editorial Letter that includes actionable next steps for your revisions (this is your homework that I call Next Steps!)

  • One 60-minute editorial call to discuss the Editorial Letter and expectations for your Next Steps

  • Feedback on your completed Next Steps, and additional action steps if needed

  • Two 60-minute brainstorming sessions to get you on track for revisions!

  • One beta read after revisions are complete

Beta Read ($100)

Up to 100k words, $0.05/100 words for additional word count

You finished your book, you’ve done your revisions, and you want an expert eye on it without the in-depth work. Done!

A beta read is a thorough, full read of your manuscript with a list of feedback. This does not include in-line comments, and is rather a collection of my reactions - both reader-based and editor-based. I am happy to answer any beta reader questions that you have, or give fluid feedback of my own.

What does that look like in practice?

This service includes:

  • A full read of your current manuscript

  • A list of my notes and reactions throughout the manuscript

  • Thoughtful responses to your beta reader questions

  • An optional meeting to discuss anything and everything about your manuscript!
